Barrett Range .416 Barrett 452gr Single Feed MTAC (Match / Tactical) Boat Tail Hollow Point Lead-Free 10/Box utilizes single feed MTAC (Match / Tactical) bullets (projectiles) which are manufactured by Cutting Edge Bullets. The MTAC bullet is machined out of lead-free solid copper bar stock on a CNC swiss lathe. The high ballistic coefficient (BC) solid bullet design is built for target shooting at all ranges. A unique feature of the MTAC bullet is Cutting Edge's patented SealTite band which is a band slightly larger than the caliber diameter around the bullet which is designed to eliminate fliers by preventing gas blow-by. The SealTite band also decreases copper fouling which is typically associated with mono metal bullets. This ammunition utilizes RUAG brass, RWS primers and is loaded with Alliant Reloader 50 powder. This ammunition allows shooters to reach sub MOA performance, capable of hitting targets well beyond 2,500 yards, making it ideal for extreme long-range shooting. This ammunition features Barrett head-stamped brass, and is loaded with noncorrosive powder and primers using state-of-the-art machinery. This ammunition is built for extreme long-range target and competition shooting and special purpose applications. This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, boxer primed, in reloadable brass cases.
