Doubletap SnakeShot .38 Special 50gr Hardcast Full Wadcutter with #9 Shot 160 Pellets 20/Box are specialty rounds made for close range targeting of hard-to-hit barnyard pests, including snakes, rodents, birds, and other small vermin, which can become a nuisance and harmful to your livestock. This ammunition delivers a total payload of 130gr and combines both birdshot pellets and a single hardcast full wadcutter bullet (projectile). The 50gr hardcast full wadcutter bullet is loaded under 160 pellets of #9 birdshot. The birdshot delivers predictable pattern spreads while the full wadcutter bullet is designed to penetrate and cut into the intended target. This multi-projectile revolver round delivers dual-dynamic results in the field, all while keeping recoil to a minimum. Doubletap ammunition is manufactured by hand with the highest quality components and also undergoes a rigid inspection process prior to leaving the factory. Tolerances are held extremely tight with the powder charge being held within + or - 1/10th of a grain of powder. This ammunition is built specifically for pest/nuisance control. This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, boxer primed, in reloadable brass cases.
