Federal Premium .308 Winchester 168gr Berger Hybrid Hunter 20/Box are loaded with Berger Bullets industry-leading hybrid ogive Hybrid Hunter bullets, which blends tangent and secant bullet designs to optimize efficiency, reduce wind-drift, and minimize sensitivity to seating depth. Berger Hybrid Hunter are designed for magazine usage, and optimized for quick follow-up shots. These bullets also utilize a thinner J4 Precision Jacket for rapid expansion and are designed to penetrate 2-3″ and then begin to expand, creating a massive wound cavity up to 15″. The extreme hydrostatic shock causes most game to drop immediately. This ammunition utilizes Federal nickel-plated brass, Federal Gold Medal primers and specially formulated propellant, which enhances consistency and reliability. This ammunition is built for hunting medium sized game (50 to 300 lbs) including whitetail deer, and for hunting large game (300 to 1500 lbs), including mule deer and elk. This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, boxer primed, in reloadable brass cases.
