Hornady Custom .300 AAC Blackout 110gr CX Polymer Tip Lead-Free 20/Box delivers bone-crushing energy and utilizes Hornady's monolithic CX (Copper Alloy eXpanding) polymer tip bullet (projectile) which provides uniform, controlled expansion, deep penetration and +95% weight retention. The CX bullet features Hornady's Heat Shield bullet tip which is made of a heat resistant polymer that resists aerodynamic heating and provides a consistently high ballistic coefficient (BC) for the bullet's entire flight path. The Heat Shield bullet tip also gives the bullet a perfect meplat (tip) for bullet-to-bullet and lot-to-lot consistency.
