Hornady Custom .300 H&H Magnum 180gr InterBond 20/Box is built for serious African safari hunting and hunting big game in Alaska. The InterBond bullet uses a proprietary bonding process that holds the core and jacket together. Unlike partitioned or dual-core bullets, where the front core can seperate from the bullet mass, the InterBond bullet holds together in a single destructive mass that delivers a deep, wide would channel without over-penetrating. The bonding process along with a thick, stiffer jacket, allows the InterBond bullet to retain more than 90% of their mass, even through tough hide and bones. The Interbond bullet immediately expands to more than twice the diameter of the bullet for lethal energy transfer. This ammunition is well suited for hunting large game (300-1,500 lbs) including dangerous game. This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, boxer primed, in reloadable brass cases.
