You declare (certify, verify, or state) under penalty of perjury punishable under (18 U.S.C. 1001, 18 U.S.C. 1621, 28 U.S.C 1746) that
- if you are purchasing handgun/pistol magazines (mags), that you are at least 21 years of age.
- if you are purchasing shotgun magazines (mags), that you are at least 18 years of age.
- if you are purchasing rifle magazines (mags), that you are at least 18 years of age.
- you are legally authorized to purchase rifle, handgun/pistol, or shotgun magazines (mags) in the city, county and state you reside.
- by purchasing rifle, handgun/pistol, or shotgun magazines (mags), you are not violating any local, state, or federal laws.
- you have not been convicted of any felony, or a misdemeanor for domestic abuse.
- you are not chemically dependent on illegal substances.
- you have no legal restraint that would prohibit you from possessing, ordering, owning, or transferring rifle, handgun/pistol, or shotgun magazines (mags).
- you have never been committed to any mental institution or been adjudicated as mentally defective.
- you will not sell any rifle, handgun/pistol, or shotgun magazines (mags) to any minor.
- you do not live (reside) in a city, county or state that prohibits you from owning, purchasing, possessing or transferring rifle, handgun/pistol, or shotgun magazines (mags).
Additional Information Regarding Ordering Magazines (Mags):
If you are ordering rifle, handgun/pistol, or shotgun magazines (mags), it is your responsibility to know, understand and follow the laws of the city, county and state in which you reside as it pertains to ordering/purchasing rifle, handgun/pistol, or shotgun magazines (mags).
If you place an order for any rifle, handgun/pistol, or shotgun magazines (mags) and you reside in any of the cities, counties, or states prohibiting the purchase/sale/shipment/possession of rifle, handgun/pistol, or shotgun magazines (mags) whether (intentional or unintentional) including those listed below delineated by a "Red Box" as “No rifle, handgun/pistol, or shotgun magazine (mag) sales allowed", your order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued on the total order amount (including shipping cost) minus a 19% restocking fee.
If you place an order for any rifle, handgun/pistol, or shotgun magazines (mags) that violate any magazine (mag) capacity restrictions in any city, county, or state whether (intentionally or unintentionally), your order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued on the total order amount (including shipping cost) minus a 19% restocking fee.
If you reside in a city, county or state that requires certain credentials for purchasing rifle, handgun/pistol, or shotgun magazines (mags), those credentials must be on file with MUNITIONS EXPRESS before any rifle, handgun/pistol, or shotgun magazines (mags) will be shipped. If you reside in a city, county or state that requires certain credentials for purchasing rifle, handgun/pistol, or shotgun magazines (mags), and you do not provide or refuse to provide MUNITIONS EXPRESS with the required credentials/identifications, your order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued on the total order amount (including shipping cost) minus a 19% restocking fee. - Illinois Residents —
No rifle magazines (mags) over 10 round capacity.
No handgun/pistol magazines (mags) over 15 round capacity.
No shotgun magazines (mags) over 7 round capacity.
No rifle, handgun/pistol, or shotgun magazines (mags) over 10 round capacity in Cook County, IL.
No rifle, handgun/pistol, or shotgun magazines (mags) over 15 round capacity in Aurora, IL.
- Connecticut Residents —
No rifle, handgun/pistol, or shotgun magazines (mags) over 10 round capacity.
Any rifle, handgun/pistol, or shotgun magazine (mag) capable of holding 10 rounds or less may only be purchased if the buyer provides MUNITIONS EXPRESS with a valid copy of their CT driver's license and one (1) of the following credentials/identifications: CT pistol permit, CT eligibility certificate for pistol or revolver or a CT eligibility certificate for long gun. Please scan and email these credentials/identifications to sales@munitionsexpress.com or fax it to us at 1-800-901-2449. These credentials/identifications must be on file with MUNITIONS EXPRESS before we ship any rifle, handgun/pistol, or shotgun magazines (mags).
