Speer Gold Dot Carry Gun .45 ACP +P 200gr Gold Dot G2 20/Box is optimized specifically for compact, concealed carry handguns, and delivers threat-ending lethal performance. Speer has built upon their proven Gold Dot G2 bullet (projectile) by re-engineering the design, and loading, to provide superior feeding, ballistics and terminal performance for concealed carry handguns. The Gold Dot G2 Carry Gun bullet still features the original Gold Dot G2 exclusive bullet nose design, but instead of a large hollow-point cavity like the original Gold Got G2 bullet, the Gold Dot G2 Carry Gun features a shallow dish filled with a high-performance elastomer (polymer). On impact, the material is forced into engineered internal fissures which initiates the expansion process, thus improving overall performance. This innovative bullet engineering results in uniform expansion, better separation of the bullet petals, and drives consistent penetration across different barrier types. Select, clean burning propellants deliver optimum velocity while ensuring consistent chamber pressures. Non corrosive CCI primers are used for highly sensitive and reliable performance. This ammunition is built specifically for defense purposes. This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, boxer primed, in reloadable brass cases.

Although this ammunition is externally identical to standard ammunition of this caliber, this ammunition should only be used in firearms rated for .45 ACP +P ammunition.
