Weatherby Select .300 Weatherby Magnum 180gr Norma Spitzer 20/Box is the most popular and most versatile Weatherby rifle cartridge available. First developed by Roy Weatherby in 1944, and produced in 1945, he revolutionized the industry with fast, hard-hitting, innovative loads built for extreme accuracy. Today, this load still drives tremendous accuracy and delivers lethal power and terminal ballistics on medium sized game (50 to 300 lbs), including whitetail deer, feral hogs and mule deer, and with proper shot placement, large sized game (300 to 1500 lbs), including moose and elk. This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, boxer primed, in reloadable brass cases.
